Both EL-PB97 and EL-PB137 are AV carts featuring three shelves, adjustable height and pre-assembled, lockable lower storage cabinet. The height is adjustable at five different heights: 42", 38", 34", 30" and 26" in 4" increments for ELPB-97, and 54", 50", 46", 42" and 38" in 4" increments for EL-PB137. It is fully arc-welded durable steel constructed with black or quartz* powder paint finish. Recommended for use with up to 20" diagonal TV set,  monitor or projector. Shelves measure 24"W x 18"D. The Cabinet interior dimension: 23 1/2"(W) x 17 1/2"(D) x 15 1/2"(H); There are four 4"silent roll ball-bearing swivel casters, two locks. Ship UPS or FedEx, ready to assemble.
